Jubilee Regional Spinal Cord Injuries Centre is delighted to be hosting the 2025 Guttman Conference with the theme Collaboration and Innovation.

The conference brings together all key professionals in the different streams of specialist rehabilitation for spinal cord injuries. The programme will include renowned speakers with interesting topics, and we are looking forward to a fabulous evening dinner with live music and a rock ‘n’ roll theme at Whinstone View, Great Ayton, North Yorkshire, TS9 6QG.

Our audience will include doctors, consultants, scientists, specialist therapists, nurses, and managers.

Platform Presentations and Posters Abstracts

We are seeking platform presenters and posters for display throughout the conference. Posters should be maximum A0 size and will be judged and a prize awarded for first place, please submit abstracts using the attached template no later than 21st April 2025 (zoe.holland@nhs.net).

Conference Tickets

We have allocated 8 free places per centre to the two-day conference and evening dinner (also free of charge) and request that you coordinate and submit the names and contact details for each attendee using the attached excel spreadsheet no later than 1st May 2025 (zoe.holland@nhs.net).

Should you require any additional places for the conference only, please also provide details no later than 1st May 2025 (zoe.holland@nhs.net).

Accommodation

Please use this link for recommended accommodation. We would advise early booking should you wish to stay opposite The James Cook University Hospital in the Premier Inn.

Transport

We will be providing transport from The James Cook University Hospital to the evening dinner and entertainment / return.
